Chapter 6. Support
Free supportMailinglistsThere are three lists for SRM. The first, srm@lists.vl-srm.net, is for support issues, reporting bugs, usage questions and general discussion. You can subscribe to this mailinglist by sending an e-mail to ecartis@lists.vl-srm.net with a subject of "subscribe srm". The second list is where all cvs commit messages go to. You can subscribe to this by sending an e-mail to ecartis@lists.vl-srm.net with a subject of "subscribe srm-cvs". After your request gets approved, you will receive the messages. The third is a list for developing SRM. This is a closed list for development issues only. If you would like to participate in developing SRM you can write to group@vl-srm.net. For the srm and srm-cvs lists are archives available. You can find the srm archive here and the srm-cvs archive here. IRCSupport can also be obtained through IRC. You can find the developers and users on EFNet channel #vl-srm. |
